Obituary of Clyde L. Jackson
Mr. Clyde Leon ”Buster” Jackson III, 44, of Pleasantville, passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2016 in Pittsburgh at West Penn Hospital.
Clyde was born in Titusville on December 9, 1971 to Alice Southwick Jackson and the late Clyde L. “Jerry” Jackson, Jr., whom preceded him in death on March 24, 2011.
He graduated from Titusville High School, class of 1991. He later graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport in the diesel mechanic program.
Clyde married Tracy Daly on April 26, 1997 in Titusville.
He was employed at Five Star International in Erie for the past seventeen years.
Clyde enjoyed camping and fishing with his daughters.
He is survived by his mother, Alice Jackson of Titusville; his loving wife, Tracy; two special daughters, Ashley and Rachel Jackson; three sisters, Sonda Jackson and Marsha Jackson both of Spartansburg, and Geri Whitney and husband Richard of Hydetown; a brother, Aric Jackson and wife Tiffany of Lander, PA; mother-in-law, Rita Niedbala of Titusville; father-in-law, Merl Daly of Franklin; grandmother-in-law, Jean Cochran of Titusville; two sister-in-laws, Beverly Baker and husband Richard of Titusville and Sylvia Wright and husband Scott of Grand Valley; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends and family may call at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home, 303 N. Washington Street, Titusville, PA 16354 on Thursday, September 29, 2016 from 2 to 5 PM, with the funeral service to follow, officiated by Rev. Chuck Riel.
Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Spartansburg.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Titusville High School Marching Band, 301 E. Spruce Street, Titusville, PA 16354.
