Obituary of Shirley J. Eisenhuth

Mrs. Shirley J. Eisenhuth, 73, of 724 W. Elm St., Titusville passed away at 6:30 AM on Wednesday, November 30, 2016, at her residence surrounded by her family. Mrs. Eisenhuth was born on May 5, 1943, in Titusville to the late David and Martha Cornell Peterson. She married John O. “Odie” Eisenhuth, Jr., on June 29, 1963, in Titusville. Mr. Eisenhuth preceded her in death on November 29, 2015. She was a graduate of Titusville High School, class of 1961. Shirley was formerly employed as an aide at Sunset Manor and Grandview Healthcare. She last worked as a dental assistant for 17 years for Dr. Kristobak in Titusville. She enjoyed flower gardening, taking care of her fish pond, camping, and going to the casinos. She especially loved babysitting, taking care of her grandchildren, and spending time with her family. Shirley is survived by 3 daughters, Denise Swartz and husband Kevin of Seneca, Christina “Tina” Aitken and husband Christopher, Wendi Steinbuhler and companion Kalobe Miller both of Titusville; 7 grandchildren, Courtney Weaver and Tyler Swartz both of Seneca, Miranda Allen of Corry, Ronnie Allen of Oil City, Zach Steinbuhler, Alex Steinbuhler and Taj Miller all of Titusville; 2 brothers, John Peterson of Centerville, Don Peterson of Titusville; a sister, Sandy Donor and husband Fred of Centerville; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Peterson. No calling hours will be observed. A memorial service will be celebrated for family and friends at the Chapmanville Community Church on Saturday at 10:00 AM with Rev. Glen Van Cise pastor of the church, officiating.
