Obituary of Rose Marie Shade

Mrs. Rose Marie Shade, 78, of Thompson Run Rd., Titusville passed away on Thursday evening, July 20, 2017, at her residence.

            Mrs. Shade was born on July 26, 1938, in Grand Valley to the late Vencil and Margaret Sedina. She married James C. Shade on August 9, 1958 in Grand Valley. Mr. Shade preceded her in death on December 27, 2008.

            She was a graduate of Youngsville High School.

            Rose was employed as a teller with the former Penn Bank, Integra and National City Bank in Titusville until her retirement.

            She enjoyed making food and deserts for the Hydetown Vol. Fire Dept. fundraisers, spending time with her grandchildren, and taking care of her dog Sadie.

            Rose is survived by a daughter, Lisa A. Williams and husband Thomas of Centerville; a son-in-law, Scott Farnham of Titusville; and 3 grandchildren, Emily and Kaitlynn Farnham of Titusville, Matthew Williams of Centerville.

            She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sherri L. Farnham and a sister, Charlotte Taydus.

            A private interment will be conducted for the family at Kingsley Cemetery in Townville.

            Memorial contributions may be made to the Hydetown Vol. Fire Department.
