Obituary of Jane B. Mellon

               Jane B. Mellon, 78, of Mercer, passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at Avalon Springs Place in Mercer.

               She was born in Titusville on February 18, 1939 to the late C. Reginald and Katherine Johnstone McDonnell.

               Jane graduated from Titusville High School, class of 1957.

               She worked at the Mercer Dinner and also did home health care.

               She enjoyed crafting, gardening, especially her tomato plants, and volunteering for local programs and helping others.

               Jane is survived by a son, Paul Mellon of Paradise, CA; three sisters, Jean Spence and husband Kenneth of Titusville, Judy Maseman of Titusville, and Joyce McCormick of Sewickley; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

               No public services will be observed.

               Inurnment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.

               Memorial contributions can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
