Obituary of Jeffrey A. Burrows

Jeffrey A. Burrows, 59 of Pleasantville, passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at UPMC Hamot in Erie.

            Jeff was born on August 18, 1957 in Titusville, a son of the late Clarence and Josephine Ruth Sutton Burrows.  He was married to Robin Bittenbender on August 5, 1978 at Mt. Carmel Tabernacle.

            Jeff was a graduate of Titusville High School, class of 1977.  He had been employed by Weyerhauser and Northwest Hardwoods as a lumber buyer for over 20 years.

            Jeff enjoyed woodworking and carpentry.  He was a former member of the Pleasantville Volunteer Fire Dept.  He enjoyed most spending time with his grandchildren.

            He is survived by his wife Robin of Pleasantville; two sons, Adam Burrows and his wife Maggie of Erie and Aaron Burrows and his wife Nichole of Pleasantville; three grandchildren, Reid, Jacob and Olivia Burrows; a brother, Ron Burrows and his wife Meredythe of Union City; and several nieces and nephews.

            In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard and Michael Burrows; and two nephews, Todd and James Burrows.

            No public calling hours will be observed.  Services will be private.

            The family asks that memorials be made to the Pleasantville Volunteer Fire Dept. 157 S. Main St. Pleasantville, PA  16341.
