Obituary of Larry V. Miller, Jr.

            Larry V. Miller, Jr., 39, of 116 E. Bloss St., Titusville passed away Sunday, December 24, 2017, from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.

            Larry was born on June 11, 1978, in Oil City to Larry V. Miller, Sr. and Sharon Kinnear.

            He was a graduate of Titusville High School and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp where he was honorably discharged with the rank of Lance Corporal.

            Larry was employed by several area companies as a machinist and most recently worked in the oil fields.

             He was a member of the Bruce Shorts Post 5958 VFW. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, enjoyed the outdoors, working on cars and riding 4-wheelers.  He especially loved spending time with his family.

            Larry is survived by his wife Elizabeth “Beth” Fox Miller of Titusville; 4 children, Colton Miller, Tyrus, Phoenix, and Zaylee Dolmovich all of Titusville; his father, Larry V. Miller, Sr. of Newport, NC; his mother and step-father, Sharon and Jose Fiely of Titusville; a brother, David Mitcham and wife Tiffany of Dempseytown; 4 sisters, Tessa Martin of Waldorf, MD, Shannon Swanson and husband Jonathan, Jennifer Bair and husband Shane, Makayla Fiely all of Titusville; his maternal grandparents, Sandra Sonne of Titusville, Robert Kinnear of Sutherland, OR; paternal grandparents, Charles and Doris Miller of Newport, NC; 9 nieces and nephews, Sidney, Drake, Brandi, Baleigh, Jacob, Ethan, Alaina, Kamdin, Kinslee; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

            He was preceded in death by a brother, Matthew McClellan.

            Friends may call at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home 303 N. Washington St., Titusville, PA 16354 on Thursday from 2 to 4 PM with a full military service follow. Further visitation will be that evening from 6 to 8 PM.
