Obituary of Harold D Brown

Harold D. Brown, 57, of 1167 Horn Road Oil City, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2018 following a brave battle with cancer.

            Harold was born on April 29, 1961 in Titusville, a son of Martha Festermaker Brown and the late Robert Brown.

            He was married to the former Dorothy Starcher who survives.

            Harold was a graduate of Titusville High School, class of 1979.  He had been employed as a machinist most of his life and was last employed at Joy Manufacturing.

            He enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid turkey hunter, as well as loving to fish.   He was a member of the Colonel Drake Archers.

            Harold is survived by his wife Dorothy of Oil City; his mother of Titusville; a brother, Charlie Brown and wife Hazel of Chapmanville; two sisters, Bev Ellis of Bradford and Susan Kuberry and husband Frank of Titusville; and several nieces and nephews.
