Obituary of Kathleen Phillis

            Kathleen Phillis, 65, of Titusville, passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at the Titusville Area Hospital.

            Kathleen was born on October 2, 1952 in Titusville, a daughter of the late Bruce and Janet McCurdy Phillis. 

            She was a graduate of Townville High School.

            Kathleen had been previously employed as a dietician at the former Grandview Healthcare in Oil City and at Titusville Healthcare.

            Kathleen was an avid Steelers fan.  She enjoyed watching TV, especially the Hallmark channel.  She also enjoyed local parades.

            Kathleen is survived by a son, Eric Krause of Titusville; two brothers, Michael Phillis of Centerville and Mark Phillis of Fredonia, PA; a sister, Karen Proper and husband Gerry of Richburg, NY; an              aunt, Mary Smith of Titusville; an uncle, James McCurdy and wife Linda of Franklin; and several nieces and nephews.

            No public calling hours will be observed.

            Private interment will be in Union Cemetery.

            The family asks that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
