Obituary of Monah M. Flasher

 

Monah M. Flasher, 88, of Tidioute passed away on Monday, April 23, 2018, at Titusville Health Care and Rehabilitation Center.

               She was born in Tidioute on August 11, 1929 to the late John and Martha Byers Atkin.

               Monah graduated from Hunter Memorial High School, class of 1948.

               She married Bernard Flasher on April 1, 1969 in Tidioute.  He preceded her in death on December 15, 2014.

               She was a member of the Tidioute United Methodist Church.

               Monah enjoyed gardening, crocheting, canning, cooking, and being with friends and family.

               She is survived by her foster son, James Salsgiver and wife Lorretta of Titusville; and six grandchildren.

               Monah was preceded in death by a foster son, Edward Salsgiver.  She was the last survivor of fourteen siblings.

               Friends and family may attend a funeral service at Warren County Memorial Park chapel, 20050 US-6, Warren, PA 16365, on Friday, April 27, 2018 at 11 AM with Rev. Ralph Culp officiating.

               Interment will be in Warren Memorial County Memorial Park.

               Memorial contributions can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
