Obituary of Daniel L. Arthur

Daniel L. Arthur, 33, of Dahlonega, GA passed away unexpectedly Sunday, July 8, 2018, while visiting family in Titusville.

Daniel was born on May 22, 1985, in Corry to James L. and Valerie (Gee) Arthur of Youngsville.

He was a graduate of Corry High School, class of 2003.

In March of 2004, Daniel joined the U.S. Army where he served 14 years. During those years he served 3 tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan and finished his career as a Ranger instructor. He was honorably discharged in April 2018, with the rank of Sargent First Class.

Daniel has been employed since January as a wildlife extractor with NexGen Exterminators in Dahlonega, GA.

He is survived by his wife, Jaimie (Crowther) Arthur of Dahlonega, GA, whom he married on June 18, 2004 in Alabama; 6 children, Brenden Miles of Dahlonega, GA, Michael Arthur, Kiel Arthur both of Corry, Lynsey, Shaun and Daniel Arthur all of Dahlonega, GA; 2 sisters, Jamie Roberts and husband Kevin of Youngsville, Jennifer Damon and husband Jason of Warren; 3 brothers, Donald MacWilliams of Corry, Michael Arthur and wife Jenna of Warren, Jason Arthur and fiancé of Warren; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Family and friends may call at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home 303 N. Washington St., Titusville, PA 16354 on Saturday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM with a memorial service to follow conducted by Daniel’s uncle, Pastor Neal Arthur.
