Obituary of Duane W. "Bud" Yashinski

Mr. Duane W. “Bud” Yashinski, 85, of Titusville, passed away on August 10, 2018 at UPMC Hamot in Erie.

               He was born in Titusville on September 5, 1932 to the late Frank and Frances Sutley Yashinski.

               Bud graduated from Titusville High School.

               He was a veteran of the United States Army. 

               Bud married Mary Shaming on October 4, 1958.

               He attended St. Walburga Church.

               Bud was an avid fan of the Cleveland Indians.  He listened to their games on the radio every day during baseball season.  He was also a Cleveland Browns fan.

               He is survived by his loving wife of sixty years, Mary Yashinski of Titusville; a son, Michael A. Yashinski and wife Laura of Athens, AL; three grandchildren, Sauyer, Taylor, and Silas Yashinski all of Titusville; a brother, Alfred Yashinski of Titusville; and several nieces and nephews.

               Bud was preceded in death by a son, Mark A. Yashinski; three sisters, Katherine Hanson, Teresa Guichard, and Marie Lyons; and two brothers, Raymond Yashinski and Melvin Yashinski.

               Friends and family may attend a memorial service on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 11 AM at the Titusville First Presbyterian Church, 216 N. Franklin Street, Titusville, PA 16354.

               Inurnment will be in St. Catharines Cemetery.
