Obituary of Pauline T. Snyder
Pauline T. Snyder, 80, of Titusville, passed away Monday morning August 27, 2018 at Titusville Healthcare and Rehabilitation following an extended illness.
Pauline was born on March 21, 1938 in Titusville, a daughter of the late Vance and Helen Alcorn Southwick. She was married to Rulin “Jeff” Snyder on August 18, 1956 in Titusville.
She was a graduate of Colestock High School, class of 1956.
Pauline had been employed at the former A&P and Quality Markets.
She was a member of the Gilson Ridge Church of the Nazarene.
Pauline had been a sales representative for Stanley Home Products for many years. She was also former auditor for Oil Creek Township.
She enjoyed gardening; attending her grandchildren’s sporting events and spending time with her great grandchildren.
Pauline is survived by her husband; the following children, Craig Snyder of Spartansburg, Kevin Snyder and wife Tammi of Pleasantville, Waive Crose and husband Vince of Beaver Falls, Evelyn Kerr and husband Rusty of Titusville, and Jeffrey Snyder and wife Brook of Titusville; twelve grandchildren, Jeremy Snyder and wife Melissa, Jennifer Loren and husband Josh, Brian Snyder, Julie Anne Snyder, Justin Snyder and wife Kristen, Joseph Snyder and wife Cait, Joselyn Snyder, Alisha Crose, Jacquelyn Slater and husband John, Joel Kerr, Sam Snyder and Carly Snyder; eight great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Southwick and a sister, Elaine Ongley.
Friends may call at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home 303 N. Washington St. Titusville on Thursday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at which time the funeral service will be conducted with Rev. R. L. Reagle, pastor of the Gilson Ridge Church of the Nazarene, officiating.
Interment will be in Union Cemetery.
