Obituary of Judy A. Williams

Judy A. Williams, 71, of Centerville, passed away Saturday morning November 24, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family.

            Judy was born on August 28, 1947 in Titusville, a daughter of the late Dave and Shirley Snyder Antill.  She was married to Asa E. Williams, Jr. on November 6, 1965 in Centerville.  He preceded her in death on August 30, 2011.

            Judy was a graduate of Titusville High School, class of 1965 and a graduate of Edinboro University in 1996 earning an associate degree in liberal arts.

            Judy was an area organizer for Princess House for over six years and had earned the top salesperson in the United States award.  She was also known in the area for having operated the Wiener Wagon in Titusville.   In her earlier years, she was an agent for Western and Southern Insurance and a local salesperson for Bee Wear Clothing.

            Judy was also a devoted Girl Scout Leader.  She enjoyed bird watching, gardening, and one stroke painting.

            Judy is survived by her companion, Dennis Bogart of Centerville; four children; Holly Bunce and husband John of Sunville, Shanon Boutwell and husband Eric of Union City, Sharon Stroup and husband Gordon of Pleasantville, and Asa Williams III and wife Carissa of Titusville; 11 grandchildren, Ashley Downer and husband Troy, Erica Bunce, John William Bunce II and companion Nicci Fenstermaker, Stephanie Boutwell, Brett Boutwell and wife Kyrsten, Jacob Buell and wife Aleea, Ryan Buell, Jerod Buell, Asa Williams IV, Dillan Williams and Corbin Williams; 9 great grandchildren, Jordan and Lyndsie Downer, JaLynn Smith, Isabella Bunce, Bentley Bunce, Maeline Bunce, Levi and Delilah Buell, and Braelynn Williams; a brother, Dave Antill and wife Patrice of North East; two sisters, Christina Brenizer and companion Michael Shaffer of Titusville and Debra Miller of Titusville; and numerous nieces and nephews.

            Friends may call at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home 303 N. Washington St. Titusville on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM and attend the funeral service there on Wednesday at 11:00 AM with Rev. Vince Seen of the Lake Shore Free Methodist Church in North East officiating.

            Interment will be in Union Cemetery.

            The family asks that memorials be made to Hospice of Crawford County 406 W. Oak St. Titusville, PA 16354 or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105.
