Obituary of Pamela K. Sterling

Pamela K. Sterling, 65, of Titusville, passed away Thursday, December 20, 2018 at the Titusville Area Hospital.

            Pam was born on June 10, 1953 in Titusville, a daughter of the late Charles and Dorothy Hibbard Henderson.  She was married to Kimbal Sterling on February 24, 1973 at St. Titus Church.

            Pam was a graduate of Titusville High School, class of 1971.  She was last employed at the former Robinson’s Wallcoverings for 15 years until its closing.  She had previously worked in the kitchen at the Titusville Hospital for several years and also a volunteer candystriper at the hospital for a number of years.             

            Pam had also been a caregiver for her father, mother-in-law and many others for a number of years.

            She was a member of St. Titus Church.  She was also an avid attender of the Stampin Up club with her best friend Joyce Servey.  She enjoyed gardening, working with her flowers, antique shopping, traveling and road trips. She enjoyed collecting beach glass which she used in her crafting.  Pam loved her pets and animals and spending time with her family and friends.

            Pam is survived by her husband Kim of Titusville; two daughters, Sherry Sterling of Fairview and Amy Crowther and husband Steven of Guys Mills; her twin sister, Patricia Douglass of Titusville; and several nieces and nephews.

            In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Ernst and a brother-in-law, David Douglass.

            Friends may call at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home 303 N. Washington St. Titusville on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM and attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 10:00 AM at St. Titus Church with Fr. John Miller as celebrant.

            Interment will be in St. Catharines Cemetery.
