Obituary of Jean K Coryea

Mrs. Jean K. Wagner Coryea, 91, formerly of New Wilmington, passed away on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at the Meadville Medical Center.

                Jean was born on September 23, 1927 in Diamond to the late O. Glen and Edna M. Nies Noel. She married Wayne E. Wagner on March 5, 1946 in Meadville. He preceded her in death on September 11, 1966. She later married James C. Coryea who preceded her in death on March 21, 2002.

                She was a graduate of Sunville High School, class of 1945.

                Jean attended Bradleytown United Methodist Church.

                She was a homemaker and enjoyed crossword and jig saw puzzles, traveling, spending time in her flower garden, and spending time with her family and friends.

                Jean is survived by her two children, Diane Keener and husband Melvin “Turtle” of Fauncetown, and Bill Wagner and wife Deanna of Sunville; a daughter in-law Yvonne Wagner of Sunville; five grandchildren, William Keener and wife Tammy, Tammy Peiffley and husband Bill, Jodi Wagner, Chad Wagner wife Wanda and Joy Butryn and husband Jim; twelve great grandchildren Kylie, Taylor, and Josie Keener, Hannah and Cameron Ward, Andy and Olivia Crowther, Levi, Dylan and Garrett Butryn, and Brock and Ainsley Wagner; and a great great granddaughter Ariana Cummings; and numerous nieces and nephews; and Vickie Coryea Smith, and her sons Quentin and Tyler.

                She was preceded in death by a son Clyde Wagner, two brothers Robert and John Noel, and two sisters Anna Mae Williams and Harriet Nelson.

                Family and friends may call at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home Inc. 303 N. Washington St. Titusville on Friday, from 7 to 9 PM. A funeral service will be conducted on Saturday at 3PM at the Chapmanville Community Church, with Rev. Glen Van Cise, officiating.

                Interment will be at Sunville Cemetery.
