Condolences
To Terry and the Funk family-
My condolences on Jean's loss. Her math class is a good high school memory.
So sorry for your loss. Had many good times playing bridge.
To Jean's family
My most sincere condolences go out to you all. Jean was an inspiring person for so many students and colleagues at Coatesville HighSchool.
To all of Jean's children,
My heartfelt condolences on the passing of your mother.I had Jean as a substitute teacher when attending the previous Scott High but really didn't get to know her until my summers spent @ CVSC.I & my family have so many wonderful memories of those summers. She had a beautiful smile.
Sincerely, Rose Reid
Terry, Nancy and all the Funk families,
Thinking of all you with prayer. Jean led a good life!! Will always remember the nice visits I had with Jean at Terry & Nancy's home when there were graduation parties for their children. She was full of laughter & knew she loved life.
With love and prayers.
Dear Terry, Judy, Becky and Jimmy,
Please accept my condolences on your Mother’s passing. I have fond memories of Jean piling us into the car to head to basketball games. As an adult, I enjoyed witnessing the friendship Jean and my mom enjoyed, just like Terry and I have had since our youth. Jean was a charter member of DKG, an organization I am presently the president of....thank you Jean for setting such a good example for our community in Coatesville and all of your children’s friends.
Love,
Mindy Patton and family
My sympathies and prayers to your family during this difficult time.
So sorry for your loss. Our prayers are with you and the family.
So sorry for your loss. She will live on in your memories and hearts.
Mrs. Funk was my Summer Mom. I basically lived at their house when we weren't all at the pool working and hanging out. My fondest memory is the Davis, Sieracki and Funk families, rooming together at the Tradewinds, Ocean City for a week long vacation. Who knew 14 people could get along so well!
She scolded me for planning our wedding on a home Penn State game date, but she came with her little transistor radio and earphone so she would not miss the game.
My sympathies and love to the entire Funk and extended families.
Mrs. Funk may be gone, but she will always be loved and never, ever forgotten.
Terry, Joe and Family
