Obituary of Charles T. Lindquist

Charles T. (Tom) Lindquist Charles Thomas {Tom} Lindquist, 62, formerly of Pleasantville and Youngsville, died Sunday, June 5, 2011 at Golden LivingCenter, Oil City, Pa. A graduate of Pleasantville High School, he served in the U.S. Navy from 1969 -1973 aboard the U.S.S. Lester. He attended the University of Pittsburgh. At the time of his death, he was employed at the U.S. Post office, Jamestown, NY. Tom enjoyed hunting, fishing, the great out of doors and the companionship of his canine friends, Abbie and Murphy. His sense of humor will be greatly missed by friends and family. Predeceased by his parents, Elmer and Jane Lindquist of Pleasantville, he is survived by his sister, Nancy Lindquist, and her husband, Victor Arencibia, of Mt. Tabor, NJ; nephews, Julian Arencibia, Timothy Arencibia and companion, Caitlyn Smith; and great niece, Deanna Arencibia. Tom is survived by uncles, Harold Benedict and Bertil Holm; and aunts, Marie Benedict and Lois Benedict. His survivors also include cousins, Bill Benedict, Bob Benedict, Roger Benedict and numerous others. A memorial service will be held at the Pleasantville Presbyterian Church on Saturday, August 27, 2011 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Susan Speakman, pastor of the church, officiating. Family will recieve friends from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. FLOWERS
