Condolences
Dear Paul and Pat,
I remember when we all went to your Bradenton home and met Barbara. What a nice lady she was - seems like only yesterday! We are so sorry to hear about her passing.
Sincerely,
Fran and Jill DeVenuto
Brett and Eric,
Nancy and I were so sad to hear of your Mom’s death. She was a beautiful person inside and out and her wonderful smile will never be forgotten by those that knew her. Her love for the two of you was always on full display and both of you provided her with so many moments that brought her great joy. Whenever I bumped into her she would always update me on you two and then smile even wider when she talked about the grandchildren. Thinking of both of you and your families during this difficult time. I know you two will lean on each other and be there for each other. Please get ahold of me next time you are in Titusville-we’d love to catch up.
Sincerely,
Terry and Nancy Funk
I talked with Barb for hours, long before I met her. Barb helped Alison and I get our home in Titusville and the day we met face-to-face was one I'll never forget. I'll miss our long chats, hearing about the grandchildren, talking about Edinboro days and just sharing friendship. Those who got to know Barb well have had a special part of their lives blessed.
We miss Barbara so much but we’re thankful that she was our neighbor and a true friend. She had this way about her to make you feel so special. We had many a day sitting on her deck just talking and laughing. She helped my sister buy her first house. She knew our family as she was our family and we are all loved her. We would call each other if we were cooking and needed some random ingredient we didn’t have on hand. She would feed our fish if were away on vacation. She was thankful for anything Mike did to help her. I remember her wearing her wig and what a knock out she was. She would laugh and she made it work. A beautiful lady gone to soon. She told me recently that she didn’t know the plan but it was okay as she had a wonderful life and had no regrets ❤️ So sorry for all of you. MIke & April Averill
I worked with Barb when she was with MCV Realty, I worked in the insurance office. We had many many good times with Barb. She talked about being a majorette when she was in school and would march around twirling her baton and throwing it in the air and catching it. She never once dropped that baton (it was invisible) but we never tired of watching her march and twirl. Martha Warren especially enjoyed Barb's company. She never let her forget about driving around Titusville in her station wagon with the Christmas tree on top for many days. We also heard many stories about your dog Clancy. I could go on and on. She will be missed. She was a great lady.
I was saddened to hear of Barb passing. She was a good woman..always smiling and happy. She did a lot for many; just by being in their lives....even if just a small way.
Tale time to remember all those good days...think of her often and smile with the thoughts of your own memories.
Brett, Eric and families. Very sorry to read of Barb’s passing. My condolences to you. Your Mom was a good friend many years ago. She always had a smile and we enjoyed many a laugh. She’s at peace now. God bless her.
I grew up on McConnell Ave. across from the Blossey's. Mary Ellen and I were great friends and I spent many late afternoons after school at their house. Barbara would have Dionne Warwick and the Shirelle's on the stereo and we would sit around talking and have a good time. Barb was four years ahead of me in school so I was always in awe of her. One summer she decided I should have my hair cut short so before long, Barbara, cut my hair. It turned out great. When I saw her a few years ago one of the first things she mentioned was the haircut and she said "I always worried about what your Mother thought about me cutting your hair." I assured her my Mom liked it and I kept it short for quite awhile. I will always treasure those after school memories and the positive influence, Barb, had on all of us. My love and prayers go out to my dear friends the Blosseys, and to Brett, Eric and the Johnson families.

Growing up in Erie and neighbors to the amazing Blossey family. I remember when going to the house to play with her younger sister I remember seeing pictures of Barbara and thinking How beautiful she was! In 7 th grade we all wanted to be like her.!!!
Sympathies and prayers to all of her family at this sad time!
Barbara was my kissing cousin. We were eight and eleven and were sitting on a bench at my grandmother and grandfather’s house when we decided to try to kiss. We were too young to know that it would be taboo to do this. My grandfather told us in no uncertain terms that what we did was forbidden as we were of the same bloodline. We never did it again, but I have always remembered it.
Love and lollipops, Barbara
Cousin Mike
Brett, Eric and families, My deep sympathies on the passing of your mom. She was one super woman. May the Lord Jesus comfort you in your sorrow. Nick Duliakas (former neighbor)
Barb what a beautiful soul, you will be greatly missed..RIP my friend
Having worked with Barb for years back in the day at MCV, Barb had a smile that could light up a room. Rolf and Barb raised two extraordinary sons. Having two husbands that were so unique, enhanced my respect for this super talented lady. She always had her priorities in the proper order. Being a great Mom and grandmother were Barb's highest accomplishments. Take care young lady. You always put others first. Now you may fly with the angels. Rest in Peace Barb.

All I can say, there will never be another Barb Eddy -- always willing to listen, share a laugh, and in particular, "how is Chris doing" more than once she asked me. I thoroughly enjoyed our acquaintance. I offer my condolence to her family and Becky - BBF. RIP Barb.
