A picture Grandma just recently found and gave to my sister Christine West to give to me. This picture was taken sometime in the early 2000's at The Preston Dairy Farm and Family Homestead located in Centerville, PA while Dave and Dorthy Burrows were visiting from Texas. Mom had passed away a couple of years before this. Dale and I were in the kitchen doing dishes that afternoon, I was washing the dishes and Dale was drying them and putting them away, when we saw a car pull in the driveway. We both went out to see who it was and it was Dave and Dorothy and Grandma. They all were excited to see us especially Grandma. She had a bright smile and lit up happy face and gave us both a warm hug and a sweet little kiss. Then Grandma told Dave and Dorthy that she thought that I resembled Grandpa Clyde. So when we were all done visiting with each other Grandma asked Dave to take some pictures. So with this picture Dave called me Clyde. I'm really not sure if I resembled Grandpa Clyde as much as Grandma thought, however, it did make for just one more of the many great memories that our loving and warm hearted Grandma gave us. What a wonderful woman and excellent role model to follow. Thank You Grandma for all you have done for those around you and most of all Thanks for the Memories!
With Love and Sincerity,
Grandson James Scott Preston
