Obituary of David Andrew VanDyke

David Andrew Van Dyke, 32, of Franklin, PA, passed away unexpectedly Friday morning July 30, 2021.

            David was born on July 5, 1989 in Erie, PA, a son of Jennifer Rosequist and David W. VanDyke. 

            David was a graduate of Fort LeBoeuf High School, class of 2007.  He had been employed as a custodian through VTDC (Venango Training and Development Center).

            David enjoyed hunting, fishing, the outdoors, riding his four-wheeler, being with his friends and going to Waldameer Park in Erie.

            David is survived by his mother and step-father, Jennifer Cox and husband Brennan of Oil City; his father, David W. VanDyke and companion Cathy Rose of Erie; his paternal grandmother, Elizabeth “Betty” VanDyke of Erie; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

            No public services will be observed.
