Obituary of Mary G. Howe
Mrs. Mary G. Howe, 75, of 39452 State Hwy 408, Titusville died at 3:52 AM on Thursday, May 17, 2012, at the Titusville Area Hospital.
Mrs. Howe was born on November 19, 1936 in Titusville to the late Harold D. and Dorothy Beers Goodwill. She married Ralph H. Howe, Sr. on June 9, 1956, at the Hydetown Baptist Church.
She was a graduate of Colestock High School, class of 1954.
Mrs. Howe was the owner and operator of Howe’s Cleaning Service for over 10 years and also owned Howe’s Deer Processing for 25 years.
She was a member of Hydetown Baptist Church where she also served as a Deaconess for 12 years, church Clerk and a Sunday school teacher for 7 years. She was also past President of the Women’s Missionary Fellowship.
Mrs. Howe is survived by her husband Ralph H. Howe, Sr., of Titusville; 4 children, Lucinda Wagner and husband Don of Titusville, Raymond “Randy” Howe of Franklin, Amy Sue Baney and husband Larry of Waterford, Ralph H. Howe, Jr. and wife Renea of Titusville; 10 grandchildren, D.J. Wagner and wife Shel, Tracy Smith and husband Jason, Nicole Howe, Sheena Biggerstaff, Lucy Wagner, Brittany Howe, Justin Howe, Ashli Chrispen, Calista Howe, Trenton Chrispen; 6 great grandchildren, Jessica Bacon, Joshua Winkleman, Takoda Wagner, Kaleb Sopher, Bella Biggerstaff, Cameron Sopher; 2 great great-grandchildren, Branden Francis, Bentleigh Bacon; 3 brothers, Eugene Goodwill and wife Charlotte , Delbert F. Goodwill of Titusville, Wayne E. Goodwill of Boynton Beach, FL; 2 sisters, Rowean Hicks and husband Richard of Union City, Marilyn Davis and husband Gordon of Mounds View, MN; and a brother-in-law, Dana Martin of Spartansburg.
She was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Robert W., Marion “Doc” and Michael D. Goodwill; and a sister, Maxine Martin.
Friends may call at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Funeral services will be conducted from the Hydetown Baptist Church on Saturday at 11:00 AM with Gordon Turk, officiating.
Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
