Obituary of Kenneth K. Warner
Mr. Kenneth K. Warner, 73, of 17106 Otto Rd., Pleasantville died at 9:49 PM on Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at UPMC Northwest in Seneca.
Mr. Warner was born on April 1, 1937 in Titusville to the late James C. and Thelma Kerr Warner. He married Wilma J. Mack on June 28, 1958 in Waterford.
He attended Titusville area schools.
Mr. Warner was formerly employed for 12 years as a geological engineer for Gherhart & Owen Wire line. He also worked for several area tree services and was an owner-operator of Warner Logging at the time of his retirement in 1997.
He loved being with his family, and enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and trapping.
Mr. Warner is survived by his wife: Wilma Warner of Pleasantville; seven children, Wanda Rathburn and husband Tim of Titusville, Kenneth A. Warner and wife Diana of Centerville, Cheryl Huegel and husband Charles of Oil City, Bill Warner, Jill Kinnear and husband Carl of Pleasantville, Kim Sisley and husband Sam of Muskogee, OK, Renee Bickel and companion Mark Irvin of Pittsfield; 15 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; two brothers, Donald Warner and wife Verna, Philip Warner and wife Karen all of Pleasantville; a sister, Grace Warner and husband Russell of Union City; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Jack Warner and Duane Baron; and two sisters, Sue Peterson and Betty Southwick.
Friends may call at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home on Saturday from 12:00 to 2:00 pm with the service to follow conducted by Jack Hazlett a close family friend, officiating.
Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Pleasantville.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
