Obituary of Walter J. Process
Walter J. Process, 93, of Centerville, went to eternal rest August 10, 2010 at the Golden Living Center in Titusville, PA.
Born in Pittsburgh, PA on August 31, 1916, he was the eldest son of the late John and Estelle Process. In addition to being a successful farmer, he possessed a keen mind and creative nature. He was an excellent craftsman. He enjoyed big band music. As a youngster, he was musically inclined and became a pianist as a student of Autumn Drake, a blind music instructor, now deceased.
He is survived by two brothers, Merwyn H. and Stanley L. Process, both of Centerville; four sisters, Lydia Popeske of Titusville, Ruth Lewand of Pacific Palisades, CA, Betty Ramsey of Sarver, PA, and Rosalee Process of Corry; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Merse J. Process.
Private funeral services were held at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home.
Interment was in Sunnyside Cemetery in Centerville on August 14, 2010.
