Obituary of Rickey Allen Anthony

Rickey Allen Anthony, 56 of Titusville died the morning of August 8th 2013 at the home of his brother Stuart Anthony after a brief illness. Rick was born in Titusville on June 28, 1957. He was the son of the late Robert R. Anthony and the late Nancy Jane Ekblom Anthony. He is survived by three brothers; Walter Martin Anthony and his wife Gail of Centerville, Phillip Robert Anthony and his wife Trish of Titusville and Stuart Lee Anthony and wife Theresa also of Titusville; a son Shawn R. Anthony, four nephews, Kyle Anthony of Centerville, Casey Anthony of Falls Church Virginia, Phillip Anthony and his wife Jessica of Centerville and Tyler Anthony of Erie as well as one niece Sara Hornbeck and her husband Jason of Pittsburgh. Rick also had three great nieces and great nephew all of Titusville and several surviving aunts and uncles. Rick was very much a handyman and would stop anything he was doing to help out a family member or a friend in need. He enjoyed fishing, watching Nascar races and hanging out with family and friends. Although he had many jobs over the years, his most recent employer was Commercial Fluid Power of Titusville where he was a machine operator. At Rick’s request, there will be no public service. Family and friends are welcome to gather to celebrate his life on Saturday August 17th at 5:00 at the home of Phillip and Trish Anthony 10736 Campbell Road Titusville. Interment will be at Jerusalem Corners Cemetery, date to be determined. The family asks that memorial contributions please be made to Hospice of Crawford County located at 310 N. Monroe St Titusville Pa 16354 or to the American Lung Association.
