Obituary of Wilson K. Ohl
Mr. Wilson K. Ohl, Sr., 62, of 992 Goodwin Rd., Titusville died at 11:00 AM on Thursday, October 3, 2013, at St. Vincent Health Center in Erie.
Mr. Ohl was born on December 12, 1950, in Diamond to June Bearce Ohl and the late Charles L. Ohl, Sr. He married Cheryl Alford on October 10, 1970 in New Castle.
He was a graduate of Townville High School in 1968.
Mr. Ohl was employed by Advance Cast Products in Meadville for 43 years. He recently retired on March 28, 2013.
Wilson enjoyed bowling and golfing. He was also in charge of maintaining lawn care for several local cemeteries, Diamond, Chapmanville, Kerr Hill and Fairview.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Ohl of Titusville; mother, June Ohl of Titusville; four children, James L. Ohl of Titusville, Wilson K. Ohl, Jr. and wife Christine of Mesa, AZ, Lisa Ohl of Titusville, Elaine Gregory and companion Tony Kot of Oil City; three grandchildren, Amber Elizabeth Ohl, Aidan Zachary Ohl, Lena Rose Kot; a brother, Charles L. Ohl, Jr. and wife Jody of Titusville; and a sister, Arlene Millard and husband Marty of Chapmanville.
Friends may call at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home 303 N. Washington St., Titusville on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home on Monday at 11:00 AM with retired Baptist minister Pastor Gary Kinnear, officiating.
Interment will be in Diamond Cemetery.
