Obituary of Sarah Nicole Martin

Miss Sarah Nicole Martin, 27, died at 8:05 AM at UPMC Hamot in Erie from injuries sustained in a single automobile accident early Saturday morning November the 2nd. She was a resident of 17328 Enterprise Rd., Titusville. Sarah was born on June 2, 1986, at Prince George’s County, Maryland to Lois Goodwill and Leonard J. Martin, Jr. She attended Titusville area schools. Sarah was formerly employed as a waitress, bartender and cook at the Valley Inn in Conneautville for several years. She was currently employed as a waitress by Perkins Restaurant in Titusville. Sarah lived life to the fullest and enjoyed being surrounded by her kids and friends. She enjoyed playing pool and was a member of the Valley pool league. Sarah is survived by her two children, Tiffany Peterson and Gunner Urban of Pleasantville; her mother, Lois Hensler and companion Josh Prather of Centerville; her father, Leonard J. Martin, Jr. and wife Kiera of Orange Park, FL; her fiancé, Kurtis Billig of Titusville; 2 brothers, Ben Martin and fiancé Margaret Brown of Titusville, Logan Martin of Orange Park, FL; a sister, Jordan Hensler of Olean, NY; paternal grandmother, Merrie Martin of Myrtle Beach, SC; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Delbert and Doris Goodwill; and paternal grandfather, Leonard Martin, Sr. A memorial service will be conducted for family and friends at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home 303 N. Washington St., Titusville on Wednesday at 7:00 pm. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery A trust fund is being established for Sarah’s children and donations may be made to the Oil Country Federal Credit Union 1050 E. Spring St., Titusville, PA 16354.
