Obituary of Betty Lou Kinkade
Betty Lou Kinkade, 83, of 217 E. Central Ave. Titusville, passed away Tuesday evening December 30, 2014.
Betty was born on September 3, 1931 at Jackson Twp., Venango County, a daughter of the late Raymond and Cora Overmoyer Howe. She was married to Earl Kinkade on September 17, 1949 at Riceville. He preceded her in death on October 12, 1981.
Betty was a graduate of the Colestock High School, class of 1949.
She was a former member of the Hydetown Baptist Church and a current member of the First Baptist Church in Titusville.
Betty is survived by a son, Earl “Bud” Kinkade, Jr. and wife Jonele of Guys Mills; seven daughters, Carolyn Roetering and husband Jerome of Frederick, MD, Joyce Farrar and husband Jeffrey of Chandler, AZ, Nancy Kelly and husband Clifford of Vero Beach, FL, Kathleen Barnhart of Titusville, Betsy O’Neill and husband Kevin of Titusville, Lori Moreno and husband Marty of San Marcos, TX, and Mary Worley and husband Robert of Townville; 25 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; a brother, Kenneth Howe and wife Darlene of Wisconsin; a sister, Linda Burrows of New York; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Nicholas Kinkade; two brothers, Ralph Howe and Robert Howe; and an infant sister, Mary Howe.
No public calling hours will be observed. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
Interment will be in Jamison Corners Cemetery.
The family asks that memorial contributions be made to the First Baptist Church 216 N. Perry St. Titusville or to the Titusville Area Alumni Association 302 E. Walnut St. Titusville, PA 16354.
