Obituary of Sally H. Waychoff
Mrs. Sally H. Waychoff, 80, of E. Central Avenue, Titusville, passed away at 9:35 AM on Friday, March 13, 2015, at her residence.
Sally was born in Titusville on November 12, 1934, to the late Norval and Ursula May (Robison) Hawk. She married John D. Waychoff, Jr., on July 3, 1954, in Titusville. Mr. Waychoff preceded her in death on April 28, 2001.
She graduated from Colestock High School.
Sally enjoyed gardening and quilting.
She is survived by a daughter, Julianne Cook and husband Chris of Pleasantville; two sons, William Waychoff and wife Tawnya of Titusville, and Sgt. Andrew Waychoff and wife Lori of Alabama; eight grandchildren, Christopher Waychoff and wife Tiffany, Timothy Waychoff and wife Nicole, Chuck Wagner, Amanda Bisbee and husband Will, Eric Waychoff and wife Renee, Kayla Waychoff, Cody Waychoff, Reise Cook; three great grandchildren, Cadence, Lucas, and Dante Waychoff; a brother, Jim Hawk and wife Nancy of Pleasantville; four sisters-in-law, Pauline Baumgardner and husband Phil, Vicki Garfield, Debbie Coulter and husband Dave, Rosemary Waychoff; brother-in-law, Larry Waychoff and wife Judy; numerous nieces and nephews; a special niece, Robin Van; and two special friends, Betty Barlog and Judy Shull.
Sally was preceded in death by a son, John D. (JD) Waychoff III; two brothers, Gene Hawk and William Hawk; and two sisters, Mary Deschamp and Tipi McCracken.
Friends may call at the Hennes-Garrett Funeral Home, 203 E. Main Street, Titusville, PA 16354, on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM, and attend the funeral service there on Monday at 1:00 PM with Rev. William Hopkins, pastor of the Oil City Church of the Nazarene, officiating.
Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
