Obituary of Clinton L. Bevier
Mr. Clinton L. Bevier, 81, of Neilltown Rd., Pleasantville passed away Saturday morning, April 18, 2015, at the Golden LivingCenter in Titusville surrounded by his family.
Mr. Bevier was born on January 17, 1934 in Pineville to the late LeRoy and Marie Jackson Bevier. He married Ruth Nichols on May 25, 1957, in Pleasantville.
He attended Pleasantville schools.
Mr. Bevier previously worked in the oil fields and with Vertical Seal until his retirement in 1994.
He enjoyed watching sports, hunting, fishing, working in his yard, and as a young man he played lots of baseball and softball.
Mr. Bevier is survived by his wife Ruth Bevier of Pleasantville; a brother, Richard Bevier and his wife Dianne of Oil City; a sister, Marilyn Riley and her fiancé Irwin Creacraft of Centerville; brother and sister-in-law, Carl and Mary Spence of Pleasantville; sister-in-law, Nancy Nichols of Hydetown; several nieces and nephews and his Golden Living family.
Friends may call at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home 303 N. Washington St., Titusville on Tuesday from 12:00 to 2:00 PM with the service to follow conducted by Rev. Mark Rusnak, Asera Care Hospice Chaplain, officiating.
Interment will be in Sanford Cemetery.
