I was deeply sadened to hear the news about Putt. He was a great man that was like a second father to me growing up in Titusille. My love for turkey hunting comes from the time I spent with Putt teaching me how to be a good woodsman. I also spend numerous hours with put trout fishing Pithole creek and his expertise in catching record brown trout. My heart goes out to Candy and Ryan as they were equally a big part of my life growning up in Titusville.
With deep sympathy and respect
Greg and Bianca Pilewski
Ryan, I am so sorry to hear about your father. you and your family are in my thoughts. Roger
Candy, Ryan, Alyson, and Brayden and Brinley,
I was so sorry to hear of Mr. Thompson's passing away. I did not know him but Candy I have enjoyed meeting you and Brinley at the YMCA. I had known Alyson as a child in programs at the YWCA and was always quite fond of her. Your family is very sweet. I will pray for you in the days and weeks ahead. I can't know how you feel specifically but I lost my husband 4 years ago and know the pain from that loss and the hole it left in my heart and in my children's hearts and lives. Please know that I will lift you up in prayer. God is the great physician and will be with you healing your broken heart one day at a time.
Sincerely,
Debbie Edwards

I wish to express my condolences to the Thompson Family. I remember Putt and his family when we were neighbors on Spruce St. Putt and his brother Jay were just little guys and I enjoyed them so much. I have missed seeing the family and have wondered about them from time to time. I'm so sorry to hear of Putt's passing and I know he was a well liked and respected young man. My prayers for all and may God be with you these next days and give you all faith and strength as you lay your son, husband dad, brother, uncle in the arms of Jesus. Bless you all Judy Ames Howard

I am so very sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to your family.
Our family was deeply heart broken when we heard of Putt's passing. Putt was such a great friend to my family when my dad's health went south....and even before that. Putt took our son, Tanner, on his first turkey hunt. This was before he was a grandfather. He was so excited....probably more than Tanner was. Such a good guy and so kid friendly. He will truly be missed.
Our deepest sympathies,
Steve, Wendy, and Tanner Carson
