Condolences
I was so saddened to hear of Holly's passing. She and I met in second grade and lived around the corner from each other until we graduated from high school. LIke others in our class of '62, I have so many memories of band trips, Brownies, school dances, playing upstairs in her room, Burgess Park pool times, skating, riding our first bikes up and down Oak Street (Perry had the bricks and was too bumpy), and later our English bikes through town.
My condolences to her family and other friends.

Holly was one of my dearest and best friends through High School. We shared many good time together. I can't hear A Bobby Vee song without thinking of her. It's been a year or two since we spoke, but she never seemed to change..I also loved her Mom, Eleanor. I remember on my 16th birthday that she gave me a miniature brown bottle with Eleanor's whiskey tied with a ribbon. She was so proud of Kate and Maria and her grandchildren. Eleanor and Holly loved their girls..She was one of the best girls I have ever met and I will never forget her. Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss. Holly was definitely one of a kind..
Sorry for your troubles. Worked with Holly from 1991-93. Mike Copper, Erie, Pa.

Sincere sympathy to your family in your time of loss. Holly was so helpful to me & the organizations I volunteered with while she was at the Herald & I also enjoyed serving with her on Titusville Council on the Arts. She was a stand-up person & a class act. Will miss her.
So sorry for your loss- our thoughts and prayers are with you

I think of your mother often. What a sweet soul. The world was a better place because she was here. I looked forward to bumping into her occasionally. She always had a smile. Shelli (your babysitter)
I am so sadden to hear about Holly. I am proud to say I worked with her at The Herald during the years of EJ Stevenson, Jon Sherman, John Toriski and Tom Boyle. No matter who was working Holly always made sure everything ran like an oiled machine. My favorite memory was hearing a thump, thump in the garbage can. I looked over to see her opening an Oreo, eating the filling, then throwing the cookie away. Ha ha ha I can’t eat an Oreo without thinking of Holly. My heart goes out to you girls. She loved you both soooo much!
