Devon was a kind, gentle, loving soul. He was always willing to help anyone at any given time. I am very sad and he is greatly missed. I find comfort in knowing that he is an angel in Heaven watching over all of us. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Devon was a friend of mine and to many. He will always hold a special place in my heart. I loved him dearly. To know that he is in the loving arms of Jesus right now is the greatest comfort and peace I could ask for. My heart breaks for how much I’m going to miss this fine young man. My love and prayers go out to his family. May you all know Gods comfort at this time.

My sincerest condolences. Devon was a neighbor and most of all a friend. He was intelligent, kind and welcoming to me as a new person in Meadville. He was a good soul. Prayers ❤️
